it's fine. don't pay for the premium. It pay gates some graphs and exporting your data. I thought the export would let me export a weekly or monthly summary but it was just a single day, which imo is pointless. plus I did not see a way to refund. even though I realized I got absolutely no value for the few bucks I spent less than 5 minutes after purchasing the premium. TIL Samsung Health does everything this does and more for free. just use Samsung health. but you can use this app too. Its fine.

I like this app. Well, it's awkward adding and copying to your food diary. However, I needed one that would help me track my salt and cholesterol as well as the rest of my Macros. I like how it lets you add your own food with vitamins and minerals for healthier eating. It also let's you add water and your exercise information. I'm thinking about going pro. It looks affordable. What would make this app perfect is a food scanner for eating out that can estimate your calories with a photo.

I like this app and it does everything I need it to do with the free version. exporting and charting would be worth paying for, but not for just one day as some reviewers have mentioned. To really polish this app I would add a unit selection to the search so I don't have to dig through other foods to find those in gram measurements. Another great option would be meal planning and shopping lists. Overall recommend.
